Sambathkumar Madhanagopal("SAMBAT") is the Managing Director of the Company.

    Responsible for formulating and executing the company's global strategy, "SAMBAT" was the architect of the new organization structure, which created multiple agile business units focusing on domains and markets as well as built strategic business units in order to pursue new initiatives with the ability to invest, develop and mature new ideas.

    Under his leadership, M&B pioneered the creation of its Business in various states and ventured into new markets. It added new business lines like IT, BPO, ITES, Recruitment services, Contract staffing and industrial services. "SAMBAT" has also driven the domain diversification drive that has seen the company enter new verticals like IT, HR, WEB, BPO and Marketing Services. All of these have matured into sizeable businesses under his mentorship and guidance.

Madhanagopal Srinivasan ("MADHAN") is the Director of the Company.

    "MADHAN" as he is better known, started his professional career in photography, as he is well known popular in his surroundings. "MADHAN" has been involved in myriad aspects of the Company's operations and growth, has more than 15 years of experience in the realm of Real Estate. His impeccable leadership skills have been instrumental in the excellent performance of our organization. He also leads other business initiatives apart from Real Estate.

    A Graduate by qualification, "MADHAN" began his career as an Photographer and thereafter played a major role in marketing M&B's Service across the india, developing processes and creating large development centers for the company.

    His valuable experience, worthable guidance, innovative thoughts and damn sure clear ideas, made a company to survive in this remarkable industry.
